Big Nelo, from Karga Eventos, the company responsible for creating and producing the hymn, revealed that during the production of the song, the singers cooperated a lot with each other and were always involved in the process so that the melody reflected the Angolan people in the best way.
Bessa Teixeira, Calabeto, Filipe Mukenga, Eduardo Paim, Patricia Faria, Gabriel Tchiema, Socorro, Yola Araújo, Matias Damásio, Nagrelha, Anna Joyce, Big Nelo, Noite E Dia, Eva Rap Diva, Gerilson Insrael, Rui Orlando, Sandocam, Sandra Cordeiro, Vuivui and Cef, are the 20 voices that gave life to this hymn.
The artists involved in the project say they are honored to give voice to this music.
Bessa Teixeira, quoted by Angop, applauded the meaning and quality of the lyrics and was happy to have participated in this initiative. Eduardo Paím explained that this anthem serves to lead Angolans to contribute to the growth of the country.
On the other hand, the singer Calabeto affirms that this hymn is the perfect image of the Angolans, since this song was worked to make them think about the spirit of Angolanity.
Patricia Faria stressed the fact that the hymn refers to patriotism. Eva Rap Diva and Socorro, on the other hand, talk about the times of change that the country has been suffering and stress that everyone should do their best to make Angola grow with a strong identity.
The lyrics and music are signed by Vladmiro Neto (Smash), Osvaldo Batista (Dinamit) Filipe Pedro (Diakota), Henrique Cardoso (VC) and Romeu Máquina (Dr Romeu).
The musical production is by Heavy C and the general coordination was in charge of Big Nelo.
