"On the 10th of this month and year, at the prestigious and secular University of Évora de Portugal, Marcelino Pintinho, a 36-year-old Angolan young man whose final classification was approved unanimously and with distinction considered the highest distinction, took place on the 10th of this month and year. of a Doctorate at European Union level", reads the note.
The defense was entitled "Illiteracy and Unemployment as factors of Social Exclusion: Case of the Municipality of Cazenga-Luanda" and was guided by Professor Maria Baltazar.
"In this way, Marcelino Pintinho becomes one of the few young Angolans aged 36 to hold two doctorates in two different continents, American and European", adds the statement.
Marcelino Pintinho has a degree in Sociology from Universidade Agostinho Neto, a Master's degree in Education Sciences, a postgraduate degree in Intelligence and Security Studies, as well as a PhD in Education Sciences from the Metropolitan University of Asunción Paraguay and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Évora.
Furthermore, "the academic and young Angolan is one of the youngest commissioner officers of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Angola, where he exercises the function of director of the National School of Civil Protection and Firefighters, professor of master's courses at the Jean Piaget University of Angola and Private University of Angola (UPRA) and a degree from the Instituto Superior Politécnico Internacional de Angola (ISIA)", reads the note.
He also has several published scientific articles and works, highlighting the "Effects of avoiding Fatherhood in the Family Structure, Social Exclusion of the Elderly and Teenage Pregnancy and the Challenges of Motherhood".
