According to a note, contact was maintained between the two heads of state to also deal with regional and global issues, mainly those related to food security.
"In particular, the FARM - Food and Agriculture Resilience Mission initiative was addressed, a program whose main objective is to prevent and overcome catastrophic effects on food security resulting from the current global situation", the statement said.
The two statesmen also spoke about the financial agreements signed by the two countries in the global amount of 200 million euros, to finance projects in the area of agriculture.
