On the 28th of May, the gala of the 2nd edition of the Tigra Nova Garra Awards will take place.
These awards aim to reward and elevate national talent in areas such as health, arts, environment, music, among others.
The jury is composed of six people: Ludmila Rangel (health area), Iliandra Baptista (environment area), Mehak Vieira (arts area), Walter Lobão (sports area), Mauro Sérgio (Science, Technology and Mundo Digital) and Hélio Santos (music area). The president of the jury is Danilo Castro.
Each of the six categories has four nominees, making a total of 24 nominees.
The winners will be chosen by popular vote. Voting started on the 3rd of May, on Cerveja Tigra's YouTube channel, and will take place in stages: for the environment and arts categories, voting will be open from the 3rd to the 9th of May; for sport and science and technology, from the 10th to the 16th of May; and for health and music, from the 17th to the 23rd of May.
The winners will be announced on the 28th of May, at a gala that will take place at the Hotel Epic Sana and will be broadcast on TPA and Platinaline.
The winner of each category wins one million kwanzas, a trophy as well as the opportunity to participate in workshops and training sessions promoted by Cerveja Tigra.
