According to ANPG, investors interested in these onshore bids have until 5:30 pm on 9 June to submit proposals and submit the required documentation and the respective participation fee of one million dollars.
The suitability, technical and financial capacity are also among the requirements for access to the data package of the terrestrial oil basins in the Lower Congo and Kwanza, said a statement sent to Lusa.
ANPG also advances that, on 10 June, a public act will be held for the opening and reading of the proposals, at which time the competition jury will check the procedural conformity of the documentation submitted by the competitors.
The public tender for the bidding of blocks CON1, CON5 and CON6 (Terrestrial Basin of the Lower Congo) and blocks KON5, KON6, KON8, KON9, KON17 and KON20 (Terrestrial Basin of Kwanza) was launched last April 30th.
The initiative is part of the Angolan National Agency for Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels Agency's 2019-2025 allocation strategy for oil concessions.
