Cited by Jornal de Angola, the president of the Angolan group, Gourgel Neto, explained that a meeting was held with Gabriel Obiang Lima, Minister of Hydrocarbons and Mineral Resources of Equatorial Guinea, to formalize the agreement between both parties.
The meeting also served, according to the official, to firm Angola's commitment to help Equatorial Guinea's oil and gas industry grow.
According to Jornal de Angola, in addition to the center, the OPA Angola group also offered to provide procurement and logistics services in connection with its general network, in order to provide more affordable alternatives as well as work with companies in that country to strengthen the local product.
The investment proposal was delivered this Thursday by the group in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
