The event would take place, in the Bay of Luanda, under the slogan "Promoting the Circular Economy in All Sectors of National Life", in partnership with the Arena Events.
"The postponement is due to the pandemic of covid-19 that plagues the world", justifies the tutelage.
"MINCULTA informs about the postponement to exhibitors, speakers and participants, in order to avoid huge losses, knowing in advance that there will always be losses of different nature", refers in the statement.
The Arena Event advanced, however, that foresees postponing the event to January 31st, 2021, still waiting for the confirmation of the ministry.
The event intends to reflect "the best that has been done in the reuse of waste, either for recycling, for transformation into diverse material, or for energy generation".
