The Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security will apply, in phases, the value of 26 billion kwanzas in programs that increase access to work for young people across the country.
"We also have a program for entrepreneurship and the challenge of also having the assignment of microcreeds to entrepreneurs. We are working, in this sense, with three credit institutions, and I am here referring to Banco Sol, Ned Credit and Express Credit, where the credits vary by what is presented to the project," said the minister.
Teresa Rodrigues also explained the prospect of creating a civil servant's providence box, which has existed in the country, and is currently discontinued, as well as the need for consulting for the creation of a job qualifier.
On the other hand, it has assumed that the government should improve, not only employment centers, with some technology, not to allow it to manually there are poorly transparent questions, but also to improve the data provided by the National Employment Observatory.
"With some data we can have, not all young people who have opportunities take advantage. And our advice is that, effectively, our young people should embrace and welcome opportunities, because it is not enough to have a job. We need to consolidate an entire ecosystem to keep it and help the country grow," said Teresa Rodrigues.
The minister made known that another Cinfotec (Integrated Center for Technological Training) is being built in the province of Cabinda, and there will be four. It is recalled that the two centers of Luanda (Talatona and Rangel) and Huambo, budgeted at $ 20 million and recently inaugurated by the President of the Republic are in operation.
Without moving dates, Teresa Rodrigues also said that Maptss has the intention of building a Reference Vocational Training Center in the Ramiros in Luanda.
The coffee, promoted by the Press Center of the Presidency of the Republic (Cipra), had as facilitators the ministers of Youth and Sports, Rui Falcão, and Education, Luísa Grilo, and the president of the National Youth Council, Isaías Kalunga.
