According to EPAL - Empresa Pública de Águas, the rain caused the "uncoupling" of a pipeline that carries water from the Cassaque pumping station to the canal that feeds water treatment plants in Luanda Sul, Luanda Sudeste, Kikuxi 1 and Kikuxi 2.

Due to the occurrence, there are "drinking water supply restrictions" in Maianga, Alvalade, Samba, Cassenda, Prenda, Neves Bendinha, Mártires de Kifangondo, Cassequel, Miramar, Rangel, Sambizanga Vila Alice, Kinaxixi, Marçal, Ilha do Cabo, Viana, Camama, Golfe, Vila Estoril, 28 de Agosto, Urbanização Nova Vida, Talatona, Patriota and Benfica.

The National Institute of Roads of Angola (INEA) also informed that due to the floods that caused the collapse of a slab, the circulation on the bridge connecting the districts of Talatona and Patriota (Kamorteiro Bridge) will be interdicted from 17h00, recommending alternatives such as the "wet bridge" and / or the Benfica bridge, using the Patriota road.
