The diploma, dated April 20, stresses that the agreements arise in the context of diversifying sources of financing "for the pursuit of economic and social objectives and public interest indispensable to national development".
Agreements were approved with the International Agricultural Development Fund (IFAD) for a value of 28.3 million euros and with the French Development Agency for a total of 43.3 million euros.
An agreement was also signed with the Arab Bank for the Economic Development of Africa (BADEA), in the amount of US $ 40 million as part of the materialization of the program to improve food and nutrition security in the target communities.
This program is part of the National Development Plan of Angola 2018-2022.
