The aforementioned hotel is located six kilometers from the center of the municipality of Benguela and nine kilometers from Catumbela International Airport, having opened its doors this Monday. "OnTour, Hotel Services Management, a subsidiary of the Omatapalo Group, opened today [Monday], in the city of Benguela, its first hotel unit, the Flow Hotel, which brings to the region a unique and differentiated space, focused on a service of excellence and adding an offer aimed at business and leisure", says a statement sent to VerAngola.
According to Agostinho Julante, deputy director of the hotel unit, this venture will contribute "to the economic and social development of the province".
"The Flow Hotel is more than a simple hotel unit, it reflects a commitment to excellence in hospitality, contributing to the economic and social development of the province of Benguela and to offering unforgettable experiences to all its guests and visitors, in leisure or work", said Agostinho Julante, quoted in the statement.
The most recent hotel unit in Benguela – which is positioned in the bleisure segment (business and leisure) – has a total of 132 "air-conditioned, modern and welcoming" rooms, which are divided into 90 doubles, 33 twins, six suites and the rest three are "adapted for guests with reduced mobility".
Among its strengths, it also stands out the fact that it has a "multifunctional space with a conference room with capacity for 200 people, a coworking space and a business center, suitable for meetings or support on business trips".
It also has an outdoor swimming pool and terrace, a gym, a car park capable of accommodating 200 cars, as well as shops that will soon present "a set of services that will enrich the hotel's offer".
The hotel unit also offers a range of services: free Wi-Fi, laundry, room service and WhatsApp concierge, which is a service that "allows a quick response, 24 hours a day, to hotel guests".
"Flow Restaurante will provide its guests and visitors with unique and differentiating experiences and flavors, including themed menus with international gastronomic experiences", the statement also reads.
This new hotel, according to the note, generated 80 direct jobs and 140 indirect jobs, whose employees, "mostly from the region", received "specific training, with a view to providing excellent care and service".
