Petro de Luanda loses and is out of the African 'champions'

Petro de Luanda, under the command of Portuguese Alexandre Santos, lost this Saturday to JS Kabylie, from Algeria, by 1-0, and are eliminated from the African Football Champions League.


In the game of the fifth round of Group A, played in Algerian territory, the goal was scored by Muaki, in the 90th minute.

The Angolans play their last game, according to the calendar, on March 30, in Luanda, against AS Vita Club, from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

In the other game in the same group, AS Vita Club, from the DRC, and Wydad, from Morocco, drew 0-0.

JS Kabylie leads Group A, with 10 points, followed by Wydad, also with 10, while Petro de Luanda is third, with four, and AS Vita Club is last, also with four.
