Carlos Santos, Secretary of State for Public Works, who was speaking at the end of the first ordinary meeting of the Commission for Social Policy of the Council of Ministers, explained that the housing delivery process started last year, with the delivery of 6000 housing units, expected to continue this year.
According to Angop, the continuity of the process foresees to include the centralities of Zango 0, Sequele as well as Praia Amélia.
"The process of handing over houses started last year, this year we intend to deliver again, but we have to look first at the infrastructure conditions of the centralities", he said, quoted by Angop.
The meeting also analyzed the annual report on the implementation of the Integrated Program for Local Development and Combating Poverty, alluding to 2021, among other documents.
