In a statement, cited by Angop, Nossa Seguros said that for the award, the insurer's employees were asked questions and about 90 percent said they were proud of the team and their workplace.
"With an environment where all employees feel involved, challenged and fulfilled, the insurer reinforces its commitment to the recognition and qualification of all the people who work with it," the note states.
The statement also emphasizes that the insurer's commitment has a positive impact on the quality of services provided as well as on the partnerships it establishes.
The award was given last February 26th.
Nossa Seguros opened its doors in 2005 and currently has a total of 25 agencies open, spread over 15 of the country's 18 provinces. It also has a call center that provides assistance at a national level.
GPTW is based in the United States and is used to distinguish the companies where employees feel most valued.
