"TAP requested another flight on Saturday night, leaving Luanda at 11.50 pm for Lisbon," said this source, pointing out that in all the repatriation flights, this flight joins the two already scheduled for this Friday to leave Luanda and one more from Guinea-Bissau and another from Praia.
"The flight is already being put on system and we are requesting authorization from local authorities, with the support of central and local structures of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including the embassy," added the source of the carrier.
The plane to be used will be an A330 Neo, with capacity for 300 people, which will take humanitarian and medical cargo to Luanda, bringing back up to 298 passengers.
Besides the announced flight, TAP will also make this Friday two flights from Luanda to Portugal, one from Bissau to Lisbon that will leave the African capital at 01.45 am and another that will leave Praia tonight at 00.40 am.
