Angola has closed borders to the movement of people since 00:00 on March 20, for at least 15 days, to try to stop the spread of the covid-19 pandemic, but has authorized some exceptional flights to allow the return of foreign citizens to their countries, as well as the entry of Angolan citizens.
In the case of the TAP flight scheduled for Wednesday, interested parties should consult the commercial channels of the air carrier.
The prices for this flight, to which Lusa had access, vary approximately between 1500 euros in economy class and 2630 in business class.
For the flight scheduled for Saturday, interested parties should contact the ISDTravel agency (www.isdtravel.pt) for more details on reservations and payments.
The consulate also indicates that TAP is conducting a survey of passengers affected by the suspension of flights between Angola and Portugal, and citizens wishing to return to Portugal must complete the form provided by the airline.
