"Peru's new ambassador, José Javier Shaw, 59, is a career diplomat who has served in France, Spain, Argentina and Russia. He currently resides in Pretoria, South Africa," the statement said.
For South Sudan, "Simon Duke Michel, a diplomat for 17 years, with experience gained in Uganda and Burundi" and who also resides in Pretoria, was accredited.
"The Republic of Belarus will now be represented by Lhar Marshalau, 51 years old, a professional with extensive experience in the financial sector", while the new Pakistani ambassador is Neem Ullah Khan, who resides in Rwanda and "held diplomatic posts in Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Canada".
"The Ambassador of the State of Qatar, Mubarak Bin Al-Khalifa – the last diplomat to pass through the Great Hall – has a diplomatic career spanning 26 years and has served in Libya and Georgia. He also resides in Pretoria, South Africa," the statement added.
