From 4 to 6 March, the practical course on 'Production and Assessment of Evidence in Civil Proceedings' will be held.
The course will be taught by Pascoal Cardoso, between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
To be taught via Zoom, the training will have several modules such as 'Basic Concepts of Evidence', 'Types and Means of Evidence', among others.
Thus, participants will be able to learn strategies for collecting and presenting evidence in civil proceedings; how to assess and contest evidence efficiently and also practical applications based on real cases.
