According to the official, with this platform the intention is to expose Angola's potential to both national and foreign citizens, as well as the interconnection between public entities, with varied data for people and the business class.
Afonso Vita, director of the Tourism Promotion Institute (Infotur), applauded the project, considering that it will contribute to publicizing Angola's potential in other aspects. Quoted by Angop, the person responsible mentioned that, in relation to the tourism sector, it will help to boost information and also attract visitors and investors.
"The portal seeks to contribute significantly to the creation of a state of positive and favorable opinion among Angolan citizens, inside and outside Angola, and thus facilitate being a privileged space for interaction on the various spheres of public life", considered Nuno Caldas Albino, Secretary of State for Social Communication, cited by Jornal de Angola.
