The 'Liderança Feminina' initiative marks five years and, within the anniversary program, the 1st Women's Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Forum will be organized.
The forum will feature online sessions on February 21st, and in-person sessions on February 28th.
On the 21st, two webinars will be held, publicized and promoted on the social networks of Liderança Feminina em Angola, on "The Role of Men in Promoting Gender Equality in Organizations (English)" and "How to lead successfully, with diversity and inclusion? Shares of Lusofonia (Portuguese Language)".
In the face-to-face session, there will be workshops and round tables on the themes "How to Promote Gender Equality in Companies: Challenges and Strategies", "Inclusive Business Culture: Fostering a Positive and Diverse Work Environment" and "Inclusion in the Workplace: Success Stories". There will also be a lecture on "Female Leadership: Inspire and Empower – 'Let's Transform Dreams'".
Furthermore, the anniversary will also be marked by the recognition of three Angolan women for their role in society and the economy. The five nominated by the public this year are Anabela Marcos (DG Sonils), Daniela Simão (non-executive director), Maria Uini Baptista (businesswoman), Vera Daves (minister of Finance) and Yara Mupei (director of human resources).
In addition, the e-book "Conversas sobre Liderança" will also be presented.
The anniversary celebration will take place at Palmeiras Suite Hotel.
