Government announces privatization of sports stadiums and pavilions

Minister Ana Paula do Sacramento Neto said that the measure aims to improve the management of sports assets.

The official said that the privatization process is moving forward and will be handed over to companies that have an interest in sport in their work plan.

"We are going to privatize sports stadiums and pavilions, although the issue of sport was not a priority for managers. explained Sacramento Neto.

The ministry is analyzing proposals from several businessmen.

"Several proposals have reached the Ministry of Youth and Sports", revealed Ana Paula do Sacramento Neto, adding that her team will work "with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning, and from there some areas of these infrastructures will be delivered to some managers who have been working" with your government department.
