According to a note made available on the Government's Facebook, the head of state, through a decree, also dismissed, from the same Board of Directors, the non-executive directors Armando João and Celeste de Jesus Sequeira Bragança.
In another decree, the head of state decided to appoint Manuel Silva Lopes da Cruz to the post of chairman of the Board of Directors of EPAL.
Alberto Miguel Manuel, Venceslau Txindji Chissupa, Eva Dinamene Damião Fernandes da Costa and Kubikiladia Bernardete Garcia were also appointed as executive directors of EPAL.
For the positions of non-executive directors, the Chairman appointed Armando João, Celeste de Jesus Sequeira Bragança and Kavenamboteko Pedro Manvubo.
"Also this Wednesday, in a third decree, President João Lourenço appointed Luís Filipe da Silva, as non-executive director of the Board of Directors of the Public Company for the Production of Electricity - PRODEL-EP", the note said.
The head of state also appointed João Moreira Pinto Saraiva and Nsiansoki Mayamona as non-executive directors of the Board of Directors of Empresa Rede Nacional de Electricidade (RNT) and of the Board of Directors of Empresa Nacional de Distribuição de Electricidade (ENDE), respectively.
