According to the epidemiological bulletin of the National Directorate of Public Health, released this Sunday, the new positive cases were recorded in the provinces of Luanda, Namibe and Huila, in people aged between 5 and 86 years.
The laboratories processed 973 samples by RT-PCR and the cumulative points to 386,471 processed samples with a positivity rate of 5.3 percent.
The hospital units are following 106 inpatients and 39 people are in institutional quarantine.
Angola, since May 26, 2020 lives a situation of public calamity, having the ninth extension in force, now has 20,519 positive cases of covid-19, being 1007 active, 499 deaths and 19,013 recovered.
