According to the politician, who was speaking at the public presentation ceremony of PLUS, which collects signatures for its legalization in 12 of the 18 provinces, his party "is concerned with the life expectancy of Angolans".

For the political leader, PLUS appears to "fight for an Angola with longevity, democratic and free", defending the multi-party and the rights of ethnic, religious and social minorities.

"It is necessary for us to have a longevity in Angola, which is one of the main objectives of PLUS, to defend free and democratic political institutions, individual freedoms, family life and the struggle for social justice," he said.

Established in October 2019, after a certificate issued by the Constitutional Court (TC), Albino Wassuca indicated that the new political group has as values "freedom, equality and solidarity".

In a speech focused on the need for "greater longevity and justice" for Angolans, Wassuca noted that for his party "affirming the person as a fundamental value, defending his equal dignity and the right to a good life" are some of the main purposes.

According to the coordinator of the installation commission of the Party for the Liberation and Social Unity of Angola, the country "needs to fight any and all forms of corruption and dishonesty in the management of public affairs." "Severely punishing the guilty and not admitting, under any pretext, impunity", he noted.

The politician also said that Angola needs an economic model that enables job creation with a "rising real wage" and a solid, unified and decentralized health system".

An agrarian reform that promotes rural production was also defended by the official, for whom the negotiation of public debt "cannot compromise the development of the country" and "cause suffering for Angolans".

Albino Wassuca also considered that the country needs a national plan to combat accidents and occupational diseases to better protect workers.

PLUS has representation in 12 provinces, where it has already collected signatures for its legalization.
