From the 18th to the 26th of January, the International Short Film Festival Fesc-Kianda will take place.
The event will take place at the Instituto Guimarães Rosa, in Luanda.
In terms of timings, the festival will take place between 6pm and 7pm, while on weekends the time changes to between 5pm and 6pm.
