President approves around 32 million dollars to re-equip the territorial organization institute

The President authorized the re-equipment and reinforcement of the institutional capacity of the National Institute for Spatial Planning and Urban Development, worth around 32 million dollars, according to a decree to which Lusa had access this Monday.

In the document, João Lourenço justifies the decision with the need to provide the institute with human resources and technical and technological means to respond to the challenges in the efficient execution of the territorial planning policy.

In another presidential order, the President also authorizes the contract for the rehabilitation and duplication of the National Road EN 100 with a global value of 189.8 million dollars.

The contract, refers in the note, should be carried out on the Cabolombo/Barra do Kwanza section, in a length of 55.5 kilometres, in the province of Luanda.

For the same contract, 2.3 billion kwanzas were also approved for the acquisition of inspection services.
