According to the presidential order consulted by Lusa, published in Diário da República, the service provision contract will be made through a simplified contracting procedure (right adjustment), taking into account “the need and urgency of designing and implementing this important instrument of territorial scope planning”
The new PDN, "one of the main medium-term management documents of the Government of Angola", will cover the five-year period 2023-2027, after the general elections of 24 August renewed the mandate of the current President, João Lourenço, and legitimized the Government program 2022-2027.
