"It is the responsibility of the State to create the conditions for private companies to prosper. It is up to these companies to invest in good management practices, in innovative tools and in training, so that the results of their investments allow us to share together the success of the investments, as as we witnessed in the integral remodeling of this school and the benefit it represents for this community", he said.

It is recalled that DP World has managed the operations of the Multipurpose Terminal at the Port of Luanda since March 2021, the date on which it won the tender for its operation. It has an investment plan of US$190 million in infrastructure to transform and modernize the terminal, making it a structure capable of supporting the diversification of the economy and the social development of the country.

The DP World Luanda team intends to transform the facilities of the Multipurpose Terminal at the Port of Luanda into the largest port platform in operation on the western coast of Southern Africa, with the aim of increasing trade between Angola and neighboring countries.
