The two candidates were presented this Monday, in the act that marked the launch of the coalition's political agenda for this year: Manuel Fernandes and Alexandre Sebastião André were confirmed as CASA-CE candidates for President of the Republic and Vice-President, respectively. .
It is recalled that Alexandre Sebastião André is president of the parliamentary group of CASA-CE, but he is also the leader of the Support Party for Democracy and Development of Angola - Patriotic Alliance (PADDA-AP)
The coalition participation pact was also renewed: "With the renewal of the pact today, the conditions are created for CASA-CE to participate actively in this year's general elections", considered the leader of CASA-CE, quoted by Novo Jornal.
Thus, according to Manuel Fernandes, after the Democratic Bloc left the coalition, CASA-CE will head to the elections with the aggregation of five political formations, namely the PADDA-AP, the Angolan Pacific Party (PPA), the Free Alliance of Angolan Majority (PALMA), the National Salvation Party of Angola (PNSA) and the Popular Democratic Party of National Alliance of Angola (PDP-ANA).
Remember that the general elections are scheduled for August this year.
