MPLA launches political agenda 2022 on January 28 in Cuando-Cubango

The MPLA will present its political agenda for 2022 on the 28th of this month in the province of Cuando-Cubango, announced the Political Bureau of the party's central committee.

The act of launching this agenda was approved by this organ of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), during its second ordinary meeting, in Luanda, chaired by Luísa Damião, vice-president of the party.

According to the final communiqué of the meeting, the secretariat of the Political Bureau of the “comrades” also appreciated the general program of the day to launch the aforementioned agenda “having appealed to militants, friends and sympathizers to participate actively in the different acts”.

A proposal for the composition of the monitoring groups of the Political Bureau's secretariat to the provinces, to the municipalities of Luanda and to social organizations and associated with the MPLA was also analyzed at the meeting.

The members of this body of the ruling party also approved the “directive on the realization of the organic process in the structures of the MPLA in Angolan communities abroad”.

The MPLA Political Bureau “reaffirmed” its “unconditional support for the Angolan executive's policy measures, which aim to create spaces that tend to more easily absorb young Angolans into the labor market”.

“The recent inauguration, by the President, João Lourenço, of the Centro Tecnológico Digital.AO, in Luanda, responds to this desideratum, privileging the transformation of innovative ideas from young Angolans into concrete and sustainable businesses”, the statement said.
