'Who Knows More?' contest comes to an end. Abel Sacriberto is the big winner

Abel Sacriberto, a Management and Business Administration student at the Methodist University of Angola, was the big winner of the first season of the 'CNEF Who Knows More' contest.

In the grand final of the financial education program, which took place on January 6 and was broadcast by ZAP Viva, Abel Sacriberto had to compete for first place with three other finalists: Faustino Matos, Voghany de Jesus and Wilson Camelo.

However, "after an intense battery of questions about financial literacy, Sacriberto showed knowledge and mastery of the subject and became the first ever winner of the contest", can be read in a statement sent to VerAngola.

The young man was awarded a check for one million kwanzas. Abel Sacriberto will also have the opportunity to do a six-week local internship at the new SAHAM Angola Seguros facilities, be trained in an African city of his choice (between Casablanca, Johannesburg or Cape Town) and a fixed-term contract with SAHAM.

The tender is the result of a partnership between ZAP Viva and the National Council for Financial Stability (CNEF). The contestants were university students from several universities in the country.

Aiming to promote "financial culture and familiarize Angolans with economic and financial concepts essential to their daily lives," the program was also supported by SAHAM Angola Seguros and BFA.
