According to a dispatch from the Minister of the Interior, Eugénio Laborinho, published this Monday in the Jornal de Angola, the tender for execution in six months implies the celebration of a public contract and the delivery of goods or services throughout the Angolan territory.
For the contracting public entity, the bidders must have five years of proven activity and for the respective adjudication the proposal "must be economically more advantageous", taking into account the factors listed in the pieces of the procedure.
The obtaining of the parts of the procedure is budgeted at 250,000 kwanzas and the deadline for submission of bids is January 25.
According to the document, the clarification session is scheduled for January 8, but due to limitations in the country, imposed by covid-19, "the participation of companies is conditional on prior registration" on Thursday.
"Companies that are unable to participate in the session may always request any clarification through the electronic means of the contracting entity," reads the order.
