In a dispatch signed by the Minister of the Interior, Eugénio Laborinho, and published this Monday in the Jornal de Angola, the ministerial organ informs that the contest will have six months of execution and that the candidates must have three years of proven activity as "minimum requirements".
The contest, which implies the celebration of a public contract, also determines that the candidates must have as minimum requirements a financial report of the last three years of activity.
As an award criterion, the Ministry of the Interior looks forward to an "economically advantageous tender taking into account the factors listed in the parts of the procedure".
According to the document, the approval of the procedure program, the tender specifications, the announcement of the contracting procedure limited by prior qualification, as well as the invitation letter for the submission of the bid are in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.
The commission for the evaluation of this tender chaired by the National Director of Infrastructure and Equipment of the Ministry of the Interior, Carlos Armando Albino, determines for January 8, 2021, the deadline for receiving requests for the parts of the procedure or to access the documents.
The deadline for submission of applications is January 25, 2021.
