According to the official, at the moment, six trips are being made per week, as opposed to the usual three, taking a significant number of people on the Cabinda-Soyo route and vice versa.
According to Angop, the same thing also happens on the route between Cabinda and Luanda and vice versa, in order to reduce the number of passengers at the region's maritime terminal.
Speaking to the press, after a meeting of the Provincial Assurance Commission for the festive season, which was guided by Miguel de Oliveira, deputy governor of Cabinda for the Political and Social Sector, António Custódio also spoke about air connections.
According to the provincial secretary of Transport, TAAG is carrying out four flights a day, which connect the new international airport Dr. António Agostinho Neto and Maria Mambu Café airport.
