In a statement, to which VerAngola had access, the company announced the tariff update, justifying that the measure aims to adapt services "to market conditions and guarantee their quality and efficiency".
According to the statement, from November 1st, trips between Soyo-Cabinda and Cabinda-Soyo will cost 22,000 kwanzas.
According to the tariff available on the Secil Marítima website and consulted by VerAngola, tickets on this route currently cost 20,000. So, after all, from Friday onwards, passengers who wish to travel this route will have to pay an additional 2000 kwanzas per trip.
The increase on the Luanda-Cabinda/Cabinda-Luanda route is more significant, with trips increasing from the current 30,000 kwanzas to 40,000 kwanzas.
Secil Marítima also informs that "each ticket entitles you to two volumes of up to 20kg each".
