Horácio Mosquito, who led the destinies of the Angolan club for ten years, said that the decision aims to comply with the FAF regulation, which does not allow club presidents, in office, to compete for the leadership of the governing body of Angolan football, due to incompatibility.
The leader also said that he intends to assume the presidency of the FAF to restructure Angolan football, which he says is disorganized, and to put an end to corruption.
