From the 22nd of November to the 5th of December the 8th edition of the Angola Restaurant Week will take place.
This year's edition has 18 participating restaurants and will take place in the provinces of Luanda and Benguela.
In addition, this edition has two new features. One of them is the Subscription Menu, which concerns a tasting menu with the chef's signature and wine pairing, which costs 35,000 kwanzas (it will be available in some restaurants).
The second novelty is the Challenging Ingredient, in this case the okra, a national ingredient that will be used in all Restaurant Week Menus.
