"We have our cooperation in oil. But we have started to develop other areas. For example, the area of mining, renewable energy and also that of renewable technologies. For example, electric vehicles", said the diplomat, guaranteeing that the United Kingdom will continue to support Angola's goals and maintain a very close dialogue to understand these priorities.

During the four years of her mission in Angola, Jessica Hand said that there had been progress in terms of bilateral cooperation in the field of trade, despite the pandemic. "For us, this is fundamental for Angola's development, success, prosperity and future," she said.

The visit of Prince Harry Charles Albert David, a member of the British Royal House, was one of the visits that revealed the level of cooperation that exists between Angola and the United Kingdom, according to Jessica Hand.
