The holder of the Labor portfolio was speaking this Friday in Luanda, at the end of the launch of the digital platform E-Bumba. According to the official, the Executive is committed to reducing the unemployment rate, and by the end of the year, PAPE will reach the provinces of Bié, Huíla and Namibe.
It should be recalled that the plan has already been implemented in Luanda, Cuando Cubango, Uíge and Moxico, where micro-credits and professional kits were awarded.
Launched in October 2019, PAPE is one of the State's programs to boost employment and stimulate the emergence of 243 thousand new jobs by 2022 - a goal imposed by the Government.
In this sequence, the E-bumba platform was presented, which will allow the effective implementation of the plan, taking into account the creation of job opportunities through a boost in the area of service provision.
The bet is on promoting self-employment, explained, during the launch, the Secretary-General for Youth, Fernando João.
Matias Borges, director for technologies at the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, said that this is an instrument that shows the Executive's commitment to reducing unemployment.
The application, which can be downloaded from the PlayStore (arriving in December at the Apple Store), will link "the trainees of the national vocational training system of the other public and private organizations, and the job market", says ANGOP. More than 200 professionals are already registered.
