According to a statement released by the government of the province of Luanda and to which VerAngola had access, as part of the Housing Programme of the Provincial Government of Luanda, "the municipal administration of Belas, in partnership with entities from the real estate sector, has created a subdivision called 'Jardins de Belas', located in the urban district of Quenguela, with 1953 plots for housing, commercial purposes, social facilities and green areas".

These plots, the note states, will be available from this Thursday, "exclusively through the website www.jdbelas.ao".

Regarding the prices of the lots, according to information available on the subdivision website, residential lots measuring 300 square meters cost three million kwanzas, while commercial lots measuring 450 square meters cost 6,500,000 kwanzas for those located on Avenida de Belas and 9,500,000 kwanzas for those located in the first blocks, facing the outer avenue.

"Some lots have different values, depending on their larger or smaller square footage", the website also states.

Regarding the sales policy, individuals can purchase one residential lot and one commercial lot, while companies can purchase five residential lots and two commercial lots: "In order to serve the largest number of interested parties and at the same time foster employment, the acquisition of one residential lot and one commercial lot per individual or couple is authorized, and five residential lots and two commercial lots per company".

Those interested in obtaining more information about the process or even moving forward with the purchase of lots can do so here.
