Luanda reported the highest number of new cases, with 47, followed by the provinces of Cabinda (14), Benguela (11), Uíge (10), Moxico (02) and Lunda Sul and Zaire with one case each.
The health entity's epidemiological bulletin states that the two deaths were registered in Luanda.
During this period, laboratories in Angola processed 1604 samples by RT-PCR with a daily positivity rate of 5.4 percent. The cumulative points to 1,093,967 samples with a positivity rate of 5.8 percent.
Angola now has 63,861 positive cases of the disease, with 52,516 recovered, 1697 deaths and 9648 active, namely 13 in critical condition, 14 severe, 65 moderate, 58 mild and 9498 asymptomatic.
