The carrier emphasizes that the new headquarters will provide better working conditions and dignity for the company's human capital. "It is designed to bring together employees in an open space format, with the aim of promoting collaborative work and efficiency. Technological conditions and IT infrastructure were optimized to guarantee the quality, continuity, redundancy of communications and support the digitalization process ongoing at TAAG", they say, in a statement sent to VerAngola.
At the same time, the One Metrópolis building provides security conditions and access control via magnetic card for the office area, as well as common areas with restaurant services that can be
used by employees and visitors, adds the company.
TAAG's transition to the new headquarters building, where it occupies three floors for 300 employees, is a "historic event" and one of the most visible changes within the company's transformation process. More than a change of physical space (the old office was located in Kinaxixi), TAAG wants to transform the new headquarters into a reflection of modernization, improvement of employees' working conditions and reinforcement of the corporate image.
The ceremony brought together employees and stakeholders, as well as the Minister of Transport, Ricardo D'Abreu, in a "symbolic moment of double celebration", says TAAG.
