The information was provided by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation in a brief note, to which VerAngola had access.
In the statement, the guardianship informs that the solemn opening ceremony will take place at the Academy of Social Sciences and Technologies.
"The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, will hold on September 28, 2023, at 9:00 am, at the Academy of Social Sciences and Technologies – ACITE, located in Kilamba Centrality, in Luanda, the Solemn Act of Opening of the Academic Year 2023/2024", reads the note.
Remember that last month, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation announced that more than 230 thousand places in Higher Education were available for the 2023/2024 academic year.
"These data were collected from 100 recognized institutions, of which 31 are public and 69 are private. Thus, 230,252 vacancies are available, 200,392 for private institutions and 29,860 vacancies for public institutions", indicated, at the time, the Secretary of State for Higher Education, Eugénio Alves da Silva, speaking to Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA).
