On September 25, Friday, university professor Bumba Manuel de Castro will present the work "Cultural Heritage and Urban Rehabilitation. A Path for the Development of Tourism in Historic Cities".
The presentation of the book will start at 3:30pm and will take place at the Memorial Dr. António Agostinho Neto, in Luanda.
The work talks about the contribution of cultural heritage in the development of tourism and its ability to create opportunities to revitalize territories that are economically and socially degraded.
The book was edited and published by Lisbon International Press, and was launched and marketed in Lisbon in January this year. It will now be launched in Luanda, under the responsibility of the Instituto do Fomento Turístico, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Environment.
