Pipa Angola ready to take renewable energy production to the provinces

Pipa Angola, which operates in the renewable energy sector, says it is ready to quadruple energy production for the Uíge region. The objective - when the sanitary fence was raised - is to expand the business to rural areas and intervene in industrial centers.

According to George Luamba, CEO of Pipa Angola, the company will be able to supply 400 megawatts against the current 100 that the province of Uíge receives. Speaking to the market, the manager informed that the negotiations for this expansion are ongoing.

With the end of the sanitary fence, the path goes through expansion to meet the needs of rural areas. In the same publication, the official said that one of the main bets is the development of industrial parks in some provinces.

In addition to this project, the company plans to produce solar panels, ice and lithium batteries locally, at the Industrial Pole of Viana. Another possibility on the table is the construction and operation of wind farms.

"We are a totally independent company, we never had support from the State, but we would like that, in the scope of market transparency, the State would be our great partner, so we would give our support in the country's socio-economic growth", said George Luamba.

Currently, the company has the Zango Zero (Luanda) requalification project in hand, where the architectural and engineering component is already completed, with only the start of the works missing. It should be remembered that Pipa Angola also has in its business portfolio services for the Development of Architectural Projects, Engineering, Photographic Prospecting, Project Management and Study, Geotechnical Laboratory, Mediation and Business Facilitation.

"We are a blessed nation and we must believe more in our potential, because Angola creates qualified and sufficient staff to be able to leverage the country. There are many talented young people who are waiting for an opportunity to make the country grow and develop, so it is necessary to bet on these staff "says the manager, adding that the company has 74 employees.
