"Opening an iconic store like Levi's in Luanda is a source of great pride for us. The maturity of the market has allowed us to bring a brand like this to this region, and we believe it will be a success with the Angolan public", stated Vinícius Roberto, the founder of Grupo Visar, in a statement sent to VerAngola.
Founded in 1853, the brand has a legacy of 170 years of innovation, whose main objective is to satisfy people's needs in terms of comfort, strength and practicality in clothing. Levi's created the first blue jeans, reinvented khakis, and is among the most recognizable names in fashion and one of the most valuable brands in the world. Its products are sold in more than 110 countries, with a global presence of approximately 3200 stores.
The partnership with Grupo Visar shows the "convergence of expertise, experience and shared values, aimed at promoting fashion in Angola", the document also says. Remember that the group has brands such as Aldo, Ana Sousa and Visar in its portfolio.
The Belas Shopping center was chosen to host the brand's first store, which offers a variety of denim clothing and accessories for all ages.
