Municipalities Fair returns five years later. PR is already in Lubango for the inauguration

The event, which will take place under the motto 'Life is made in the Municipalities', is "moving the beautiful and charming city of Lubango", which in the words of the provincial governor, Nuno Mahapi, is prepared to receive the PR, as well as other representations across the country.

The stage will certainly be the Estádio da Nossa Senhora do Monte, in the Tourist and Sports Complex with the same name, which has 5000 square meters.

The main objectives of the event are to appeal to socio-economic development and the diversification of the country's economy, bringing together exhibitions from 164 municipal administrations, 18 provincial governments, ministries and public institutes.

However, the FMCA will also bring together public/private companies, regulatory bodies, startups, representatives of civil society organizations, among others, says the provincial government in a statement to which VerAngola had access.

This is an initiative that also intends to make known information about municipalities and cities, respective programs, projects and investment opportunities. It also seeks to attract business and cooperation opportunities for each location represented.

The last edition of the fair took place in November 2018, at the National Stadium of Ombaka, in Benguela. It brought together more than 250 companies from the country's 164 municipalities, as well as representatives from six ministerial departments.
