According to Angop, the new supermarket had an investment of 200 million kwanzas, having generated 50 jobs, which were filled by young people who, among other functions, perform positions such as cashiers, cleaning and stockers.
Speaking on the occasion, Carlos Rodrigues, the company's operations director, quoted by Angop, revealed that the group has in its plans to reach around 2000 jobs aimed at young people, with the opening of six more supermarkets by the end of this year, thus completing a total of 40 stores in the country.
In addition, the official informed that the company's intentions also include the expansion of the network to other provinces, as of 2023. This start-up is expected to begin with Benguela, writes Angop.
