Suzana Sebastião said the crimes took place in July in different locations and the accused were on the run, having been arrested only on Monday after several stagecoaches.
She said the adolescent was killed with katana blows by a 40-year-old aunt who believed he was responsible for the death of one of her children.
In the second case, a man killed his neighbor, an elderly man, because he believed he was the cause of several deaths in his family.
"You used a blunt instrument, the machete, which struck against the victim and caused immediate death. And the second accused used a blunt instrument, the hammer, which he shot against the victim in the region of the head, causing immediate death," reported Suzana Sebastião.
The spokeswoman for the Criminal Investigation Service, in statements issued by Angolan public radio, stressed that the suspects have already been present at the Public Prosecution Service.
