The highlight is the online personal loan, an agile and fully digital solution that allows customers to apply for and obtain personal loans through BAI Directo, without the need to visit a branch.
This initiative aims to make access to financing simpler, faster, and safer. Since its launch, 5664 customers have benefited, with a total amount of 17 billion kwanzas granted.
For this year's event, the bank is offering two additional service areas: the main BAI stand and the Banking Agent (BA) service stand.
At the institutional stand, in addition to online personal loans, services such as online account opening, BAI Directo membership, card issuance, account updates, and information on financing for business expansion or treasury support will be available through four service points.
The Banking Agent stand will offer two service points providing essential services such as simplified account opening and fast transfers, and a service point for information on how to join the BAI branch network, with the option to fill out application forms on-site.
BAI's presence will also feature four cash withdrawal machines (ATMs) and one automatic deposit machine (ADM), totaling 10 BAI service points dedicated to FILDA's 40th anniversary.
BAI's Executive Committee President, Luís Lélis, stated that "BAI wants to be increasingly closer to people, with simple solutions that truly make a difference in their daily lives. Online personal loans are a clear example of this, it's a service designed to empower customers and facilitate access to financing."
In a landmark year for Angola, which celebrates the 50th anniversary of its Independence, BAI's presence at FILDA 2025 symbolizes the bank's commitment to innovation, financial inclusion and continued support for national production and the sustained growth of families and businesses.
